We inform you that pursuant to DECREE-LAW no. 221 of 24 December 2021, concerning "Extension of the state of national emergency and further measures for the containment of the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic", starting from 10 January 2022, in order to visit museums and other places of culture, it will be necessary to show the REINFORCED GREEN PASS (i.e. the one issued following vaccination or recovery from COVID, also called SUPER GREEN PASS). A surgical mask will continue to be sufficient for access. Children under 12 are excluded from this measure

Tour main features: the 2 hour tour covers the most important "must-see" artworks in the museum, while the 3 hour tour includes a visit to Saint Peter's Basilica.
Groups are guided by professional and licensed guides.Visitors will admire the Pio Clementino Museum, the Gallery of the Candelabras, the Gallery of the Geographical Maps and the Gallery of the Tapestries, the Raphael Rooms and the Sistine Chapel.

If you choose to join us for a 3-hour tour, you will visit the Vatican Museums as described above, and then visit St. Peter's Basilica, the world's most famous church.

At the completion of the tour, visitors are free to further explore the Basilica on their own, but they cannot return to the Museums.

IMPORTANT: The tour is not currently accessible to wheelchair users or persons with reduced mobility. For visitors in a wheelchair there is a specific itinerary not compatible with the guided tours.

Free admission - no tickets needed: Children under the age of 6.
Reduced price tickets: Children between the ages of 7 and 17.

CANCELLATION POLICY - GUIDED GROUP TOURS

NO EXCHANGE, REFUND OR CANCELLATION IS ALLOWED.

Opening days:
The Vatican Museums are closed on Sunday, except for the last Sunday of the month (no guided tours are available on this day.)
