ADMISSION RULES

Visitors who have booked tickets to join a coordinate group can enter the Vatican Museums without waiting in line, only if you arrive at the time written on the voucher. Visitors who do not arrive on time, will have to wait on the line. It is suggested to arrive 15 minutes before the admission time written on the voucher. Even if our ticket grants you the privilege not to stay in line, it may stil be necessary that you will have to wait a few minutes more compared to the time written on the voucher due to the enormous number of visitors that the Vatican Museums receive daily. TuscanyAll will not be responsible for some possible delays due to unexpected problems of the Vatican The Ticket offices.

PLEASE NOTE: an Assistant of our Agency (Tuscanyall.com Srl), will be waiting for all visitors in front of the Vatican Museums (please click here to see the meeting point). Our assistant will have a large sign with Rome Museum Logo to be recognized. Visitors must give their voucher, they have printed and brought with them, to the assistant. Once the group is complete, the assistant will lead all the visitors inside the Museum and provide tickets. Then the assistant will lead visitors to the Courtyard of the Pigna where you will receive a map and a suggested itinerary. From the Courtyard of the Pigna, visitors tour the museum on their own.
This ticket does not include any guided tour.
Visitors can rent Audio Guides inside the Museum.

Access to the Museums is permitted only to visitors with proper attire.
All the reservations, dates and departures times may be changed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances related to activities of the Holy Father.
