- Booking procedure for the State Museums in Rome: this procedure is very simple, just few steps:

- Fill in the form specifying the museum, the date, and the number of tickets for each museum and category ticket you want to book.

• click on CONFIRM
• read carefully the short summery and check if information are correct
• insert your personal datas and a credit card details (secure server)
• click on SUBMIT

A copy of your booking request will be sent to you by e-mail automatically. As your tickets are booked the original voucher will be e-mailed to the E-mail address you wrote on the booking form, so be sure you insert your E-mail address correctly. The original voucher is the only recognized document at the museum entry.

PLEASE NOTE:
Confirmed time is not always the same time you requested; museum automatically confirms the closest available time on the same date if requested time is sold out.
Reservations must be made with a minimum of 1 day notice. Reservations are limited to 20 persons maximum.

Tuscany All is not responsible for eventual changes or cancellations to the programs offered. A service charge equal to € 4.00 is added to the price of each ticket purchased online at Tuscany All. (Temporary exhibition fee, when required, added) The prices published on-line all ready includes all fees except for eventual temporary exhibition fees.

Service will be charged for every further modification at your reservation. Service fees (€ 4.00) and rerervation fees (from 0.50 to 2.50 euro depending on the museum) are always due.

Please note you'll be asked to exhibit an identity document at the museum entrance, especially if you book half price tickets or free tickets. In case at the museum entrance, you cannot demonstrate you have the right to benefit of discounted tickets, the cashier will change your tickets and your card will be charged for the due difference in next days.

If you do not want to send your booking request by e-mail, please print and send the form by fax to Tuscanyall.com s.r.l. 0039/055/7193507 with a credit card details (numbers, expiration date, owner of the card). Please note: the owner of the card must sign the form to authorize the charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
in case of cancellation or no-show please contact florence-museum@tuscanyall.com. In any case Cancellation Penalty is 4,00 Euro per ticket + reservation fee.

IMPORTANT NOTICE (RESTRICTION ONLY FOR GROUP GUIDED TOURS ORGANIZED BY THE VATICAN): the request for these tours MUST be sent at least 30 days prior to the date of the visit. The current policy of the Vatican regarding Guided Tours consists in providing very late confirmation, sometimes only a few hours before the time of the requested tour. Therefore, it is sometimes not possible to send the voucher prior to 7 pm (Italian time) the day before the date of the requested tour. TuscanyAll - Rome Museum is not responsible for the Vatican's booking procedures.
In case the guided tour is not confirmed, the credit card will not be charged and the order will be cancelled. You will be able to enter the museum by waiting in the general admission line. In any case, TuscanyAll cannot be held responsible for any lack of tour confirmation from the Vatican.
If the tour is confirmed by the Vatican, TuscanyAll will send the voucher with all the necessary information to the e-mail address you provided on the booking form. If you are not able to check your e-mail account to retrieve the voucher, please contact TuscanyAll (0039 055713655). If the voucher has not arrived prior to your departure date, it is your responsibility to inform TuscanyAll and leave your hotel or contact information in Rome so that we can send your voucher if the tour is confirmed.
