HOW TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT TICKET (NOT VALID FOR VATICAN MUSEUMS AND GUIDED TOURS)
• Reduced price tickets (just for European Union citizens) - Not valid for the Vatican Museum
- Between the ages of 18 and 25 (the person has to be under the age of 25. If the person is 25 or older a full price ticket is required)
- School teachers (must have a document or ID that identifies them as teacher employed as a full time teacher)
•• Free tickets (just European Community citizens) - Not valid for the Vatican Museum
- European Union citizens under the age of 6 (no reservation)
- European Union citizens under the age of 18 and over the age of 65 (compulsory reservation)
• Note: Online fees, pre-sale fees and eventual temporary exhibition fees are always due except for children under the age of 6.
CANCELLATION POLICY - STATE MUSEUMS - TICKET RESERVATION

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the visit, the cancellation penalty is equal to 6.50 euro per ticket.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the visit, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).
CANCELLATION POLICY - STATE MUSEUMS - GUIDED GROUP TOURS

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).
PLEASE NOTE:
The confirmed time is not always the same time you requested; the museum automatically confirms the closest available time on the same date if requested time is sold out.
As soon as we receive your booking request, your tickets will be booked. Ticket confirmation is subject to museum availability. If availability is confirmed by the museum, the original voucher will be mailed to the E-mail address you provided, so be sure you insert your E-mail address correctly. The original voucher is the only recognized document accepted at the museum entry.
The procedure may take a few hours. In case the order is submitted on saturday, after 12,00 pm or on sunday, vouchers will be sent on monday morning. In case the order is submitted after 6.00 pm (Italy time), the voucher will be sent the morning after, except for saturday afternoon. In this last case the voucher will be sent on monday morning anyway.
Tuscany All is not responsible for eventual changes or cancellations to the programs offered. For the State Museum in Rome, a service charge equal to € 4.00 is added to the price of each ticket purchased online through Tuscany All. For the Vatican Museums in Rome, a service charge equal to € 8.50 is added to the price of each ticket purchased online through Tuscany All.
There is a service charge for every further modification of your reservation.
Please note you'll be asked to show a document of identification at the museum entrance, especially if you have booked reduced price tickets or free tickets.
If you do not want to send your booking request by e-mail, please print and send the form you find on the 3rd page by fax to Tuscanyall.com s.r.l. 0039/055/7193507 with your credit card details (numbers, expiration date, owner of the card or with a copy of a Bank transfer). Please note: the owner of the card must sign the form to authorize the charge.
Reduced price tickets and free tickets are available only for European Union Citizens. If you are booking this type of discounted tickets you have to confirm (selecting YES) you belong to the favoured category.
