If the cancellation is communicated to TuscanyAll:
- 9 days prior the date of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 10% of the gross total
- from 8 days prior the date of the tour to 4 days prior to the date of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 30% of the gross total.- from 3 days prior the date of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).
